Orders and Payments

When you place an order for our products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product prices are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on our website at the time of the order will be considered the final price.

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment processing is conducted by trusted third-party providers.

Returns

A Return for an unwanted product(s) must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging that you received it.  A return will not be considered if any part is missing or the accessories are not included with the return. If your product is defective or not working properly, return your item within 7 calendar days for a brand new warranty replacement, or should you require, a full refund. Shipping returns is for the buyer's cost, except in the case of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product. To begin the return process, please email sales@cssi.co.za to register and receive further instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returning products without authorization may result in rejection and return to sender.

Cancellation

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you must advise us in writing of your cancellation, and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

In instances where customers cancel agreements for a product which has been personalized or made to customer’s specifications (for example, custom-built PC) and request a refund, cancellation charges will apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In order to make a refund, you'll need to provide your full banking details. Please keep in mind that the refund may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct this.  Should the product be damaged or packaging not be to standard, please immediately take a picture, inform the courier on the signing slip that there is damage and do not open or use the product.  We will coordinate a replacement directly with you.

Warranty

CSSi South Africa (Pty) Ltd offers a 1-year limited warranty on all of our products (unless a consumer has selected an extended warranty), from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at sales@cssi.co.za with your order number and a detailed description of the issue if you experience any problems with your product during the warranty period.

We will evaluate your warranty claim and, if approved, will either repair, replace or refund the defective product. This is dependent on product and part availability.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, CSSi South Africa (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using our products.
