All our products are
dispatched from one of our South African warehouses or ORT warehouse. According
to your delivery address and stock availability at our warehouses, delivery
time can vary from 0 to 3 working days if the stock is available at CSSi Local Warehouse or within 5 to 12 working days if the stock is at External Warehouse.
On each product page,
products are grouped into three categories according to their availability. The
categories are as follows:
"In Stock at CSSi" - These items are in stock at our warehouses. Should you place
an order for these items, they will be dispatched direct, or if you place an
order for multiple products, upon consolidating your order, we will dispatch
them at once. Delivery time 0-3 working days.
"In Stock at External Warehouse" - These items are in stock at our overseas CSSi offices. Should you place an order for these items, they will be dispatched in our weekly consignments, or if you place an order for multiple products, upon consolidating your order, we will dispatch them at once. Delivery time 5-12 working days.
"Out of Stock" -
Should you require one of these items, please contact our sales team who will
gladly assist you with an ETA or alternative option and delivery ETA.
Collection from CSSI South
Africa
The collection time will depend on which warehouse your order arrives from. Once your goods arrive at our dispatch centre, collection is available within 1 to 2 business days from our store.
Your order can be collected at: 28 Augrabies Rd, Waterfall Office Park, Midrand, 1685, once you have received notification that the stock is ready and arrived.
You will have to present an
order number and your document as per email. Please wait for an email to
confirm your order is ready for collection. Please ensure that your courier
presents the correct reference when collecting your order if you are sending your
own courier.
• If you choose Payment on Collection or Payment on Delivery (COD) option, there is no upfront payment required up to R2,999 (Incl. VAT).
• A deposit of R500 is required for orders exceeding R3,000 (incl. VAT) when using Payment on Collection or Payment on Delivery (COD) options.

Africa charges a fixed delivery fee based on your delivery address and will be
calculated at checkout.
General Delivery
Information
• Our service includes
door-to-door delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. • Deliveries are
made between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. •
It is not possible for our couriers to give exact delivery times, but they will
deliver between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. • We require someone to
be at the address provided to accept the delivery. Otherwise, the goods will be
returned. • It is important to note that orders are processed from the date the
payment is received and reflects in our bank account, not when the order was
placed. We do not release stock until we have received payment. Please remember
to use the "Instant EFT" option when making a payment if your order
is urgent (with bank confirmation email direct to sales@cssi.co.za as POP). • If you choose
Payment on Collection or Payment on Delivery (COD) option there is no upfront
payment required.
International Orders
• Please note that CSSi does deliver to countries outside South Africa, however, the courier fees are calculated once we get the best deal for you and we offer this as an 'at cost price shipping fee'. You may also arrange for a courier agent to collect from us once an arrangement has been made. • CSSI South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a registered exporter and therefore does offer the option on request only to registered clients. These invoices across border will be at ZERO VAT.
Parcel Tracking &
Tracing
When your order has been
dispatched, we will send you a tracking number, which you can use to track its
delivery. Delivery will be made by one of the following courier companies:
• RTT Couriers • The
Courier Guy • Skynet Express • Our own courier only in the Johannesburg Area
Please note: in some instances, the couriers may decide to use a manually generated waybill which is not trackable - please email sales@cssi.co.za should you be unsure of the progress of your delivery.
