GEU-0521 is designed to make conversion between 10/100/1000Base-T and 1000Base-SX/LX Fiber Ethernet. The overall network flexibility is enhanced, and the network efficiency is also improved to accommodate and deliver high bandwidth applications.

Providing 10Gbps internal switching fabric, the GEU-0521 can handle an extremely large amount of data in a secure topology linking to a backbone or high capacity servers. The GEU-0521 provides 4K MAC address table, 9K bytes JUMBO Frame, and offers wire-speed packet transfer performance without risk of packet loss. The high data throughput of the device makes it ideal for most Gigabit environments, especially for the network to be upgraded to a Gigabit environment.
