The InLine® PoE++ Gigabit Network Switch is a fast and flexible solution for upgrading the existing network to the Power over Ethernet System IEEE 802.3af / 802.at / 802.3bt as well as a fiber-optic connection to bridge longer distances.

The switch provides protection against, for example, overload, overvoltage and overheating at each port. In addition, the switch offers IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ on ports 5-16 with up to 32 watts of power and IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ on ports 1-4 with up to 60 watts of power via single Cat. 5e/6/6A/8.1 Ethernet cable with a PoE budget of 300W and a combined total power of 330W.

16x 10/100/1000MBit/s PoE ports solve the problem of a limited number of available power outlets, providing system administrators with a flexible solution to power almost anywhere the powering network device, such as PoE-enabled IP cameras or wireless Access Points (with heating also).

The switch menu can be password protected to prevent unauthorized access.
