High-speed Connectivity and Powerful Stacking

48× Gigabit RJ45 ports and 6× 10 Gbps SFP+ slots provide up to 216 Gbps switching capacity per unit. Physical stacking of up to 12 units△ enhances network performance and redundancy.

Comes with abundant Layer 3 routing protocols that support a scalable network, such as OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, VRRP, PIM-SM/PIM-DM/PIM-SSM, ECMP, and PBR. In complex large-scale network environments, dynamic routing protocols automatically adapt to changes in network topology and select the best transmission path based on real-time network conditions to maintain stability.

Comprehensive Security Functions

Omada Pro creates a highly scalable network—all controlled from a single interface.

Apart from central management via the web or Omada app, S6500-48G6XF can be managed through an intuitive web GUI or industry-standard CLI, both secured with SSL or SSH encryption. SNMP (v1/v2c/v3) and RMON support provide status polling and abnormal event notifications.
