Product Returns

Returns
A Return for an unwanted product(s) must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging that you received it. A return will not be considered if any part is missing or the accessories are not included with the return. If your product is defective or not working properly, return your item within 7 calendar days for a brand new warranty replacement, or should you require, a full refund. Shipping returns is for the buyer's cost, except in the case of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product. To begin the return process, please email sales@cssi.co.za to register and receive further instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returning products without authorization may result in rejection and return to sender.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In order to make a refund, you'll need to provide your full banking details. Please keep in mind that the refund may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
